Our office hours are from 8 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. If we miss your call during these hours, please leave a voicemail with your phone number or email us at ombuds@duke.edu to request a time to meet. The Office of the Ombuds adheres to a strict standard of confidentiality. If you choose to email us, we ask that you do not include any details about why you would like to meet; simply indicate that you would like to schedule a meeting. Thank you for your understanding.
